Streetcars that are also track cars need extra attention. Not because things will brake more ( that can happen ) but so you can have and use your ride.
.
If something goes unseen, should an issue arise, that could leave you with no car to spin laps or go to the mall.
.
Best way around this little possibility is regular maintenance between track days to know what's happening with the car. If you see something, say something!

R8 in for a paddle shifter upgrade from the factory shifters to a Carbon fiber style shifter. This option certainly offers a much more sporty feel than that of stock and adds yet another aspect of fun to this awesome ride 🔥

If you're hot think of how high the temps get in your engine bay. These super hot days don't make it any easier.

Heat kills viscosity. What helps to keep it operating at its best is regular service and maintenance to ensure fluids are up to date and the car is ready to battle the summer sun ☀🔥

Wow, what a season?!

Despite a blown left rear with 30 seconds left in race one - and a 10 second lead on 2nd place- Road Atlanta brought some truly awesome racing! We had a blast at the final round of what a really fun season 🏁

🚘 The Porsche 912, where less becomes more!
Not quite a 911 but still very cool. The 912 married the sleek body of the original 911 with a lighter, four-cylinder, air-cooled engine (that same reliable push-rod unit from the 356 machines) to deliver nimble handling, surprising efficiency, and a more pure driving feel.
