I’ve been going to SST for a long time now, first with my Audi A6 and now with my BMW X5. Chris is super knowledgeable, responsive and forthright. I’ve always had a great experience here but what sealed SST as my go-to place was when the X5 needed some work. After taking a look and doing some research Chris told me that it might be covered by a recall, so they pulled it off the lift and told me to take it to the dealer as a better option. Many (most?) places would have taken my money for the short-term gain. By caring about me as a customer, SST gave up the short-term sale but gained a customer for life.
