Chris came thru once again. I brought my BMW 740 IL in for just an oil change and antifreeze change. I wanted to only use the BMW antifreeze brand because of its high quality and asked Chris if I could get that because if not I will reschedule. I was pleasantly surprised when he said that is their normal process to use it. I also mentioned that there were oil leaks coming from under the engine and asked if that could be checked out. Well I am glad I asked (at no extra charge) because they found significant issues that needed attention. The issues were so significant that I will have to check my oil levels after every other gas fill up to be sure that the oil was topped off. Just to take no chances, when I got home I scheduled to have it fixed. It is so important to me to have expert technical advice when asked and not the other way around namely be pressured to act immediately like your typical car salesman.
