I would like to give you positive feedback from our last service with you. I have been meaning to email you but kept forgetting. I am really impressed that when you did a brake job during our last service, your guys put anti-seize on the hub flanges and the wheels were not over torqued! These little things (things that should be routine that other shops do not do) do not go un-noticed. When it came time to do the snow tire change-over last December, it was easy to unbolt the wheels (no breaker bar needed) and get the wheels off the hub. Thanks again for doing things the right way.
